We need to act on our faith and do what is asked of us.

So this week... So we got our travel plans to Munich for this weekend. Last week I got my first tie from Germany. We got companionship ties but I also found a 3 euro tie from H&M.

Tuesday we went to Singen for zone training. I gave the Lees some peeps that are not as gooey.  She made enchiladas for the whole zone. They were so good!

It was different to be in a district leader meeting after zone training. It was a smaller meeting with the zone leaders, another district leader and his companion as well as the sister training leaders.

On Friday we went to Singen again for interviews and training. We ended up driving there because we did not have our train ticket numbers until after we had left and would not have time to go back and catch the train. Once we got there ended up being no training, so we were in Singen for the day.

On Saturday we went to Waldshut in S├Ąckingen area for a finding day. We found a lady and were able to give her a Book of Mormon in the first half hour we were there.

That night we ate at the Ziegner Family's home. We shared a spiritual thought in mangled broken German, but I guess it went alright.

A family we had visited a few times came to church this week and stayed for all three hours. We also met with Angela Huhl who has met with the missionaries before and is willing to meet with us again. So, pray for her that she may be open to our message and that she will have a desire to learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This week while reading in Alma 37:47; “And now, my son, see that ye take care of these sacred things, yea, see that ye look to God and live. Go unto this people and declare the word, and be sober. My son, farewell.”
I thought of how this is a sacred responsibility to help others come closer to Christ.  Sometimes we need to look and live. We need to act on our faith and do what is asked of us.

I love you all,

Elder Bowers
